Welcome to My Little Home Thai Kitchen

General Info

Tucked along North Hollywood Way in Burbank, My Little Home Thai Kitchen feels exactly like its name suggests-warm, relaxed, and welcoming. This Thai restaurant has the kind of atmosphere that makes you slow down, look over the menu carefully, and settle in for a comfortable meal. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or enjoying a quiet bite during a solo dining outing, the space feels easygoing and approachable.

One of the first things that stands out is how refreshing the drink selection is. The Thai Ice Tea and Thai Ice Coffee are both classic choices here. The tea is creamy and sweet with that familiar orange hue, while the coffee delivers a smooth, bold flavor balanced by condensed milk. Either one pairs nicely with appetizers like Chicken Satay. The satay arrives tender and grilled just right, served with a savory peanut sauce that adds a rich layer of flavor.

As you move deeper into the menu, the main dishes showcase the comforting side of Thai cuisine. The Pad Thai with Crispy Pork is especially memorable. The noodles are stir-fried until slightly smoky, while the crispy pork adds a satisfying crunch that contrasts with the soft texture of the noodles. Another standout is the Crab Fried Rice. It’s fragrant, light, and filled with delicate pieces of crab, making it a great option for anyone who prefers a balanced yet flavorful rice dish.

Dessert is worth saving room for, particularly the Mango Sticky Rice. The ripe mango slices are naturally sweet, and the sticky rice has that soft, slightly chewy texture that pairs beautifully with coconut cream. It’s a simple dish, but when done well like this, it becomes the perfect ending to a Thai meal.

Beyond the food, the restaurant’s layout and amenities make the visit comfortable for a wide range of diners. The location offers wheelchair accessible parking lot spaces and wheelchair accessible seating, making it easier for guests with mobility needs to enjoy their meal without hassle. A clean restroom and a relaxed dining setup also help make the experience smooth, whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down to explore more of the menu.

In terms of overall dining experience, the location feels like a neighborhood spot that people return to again and again. Reviews often highlight the satisfying portions and comforting flavors, and after spending time here, it’s easy to understand why. Between refreshing drinks like Thai Ice Tea, flavorful plates like Pad Thai with Crispy Pork, and sweet finishes like Mango Sticky Rice, My Little Home Thai Kitchen delivers a casual Thai dining experience that feels genuine and inviting.

What customers say?

“ Wonderful restaurant with a cool patio. Food was really tasty and flavorful, service was friendly and fast. I only saw street parking which was not that bad but I was there at 11:15 am on a Wednesday so might not be the same at night or during weekends. We got the pork jerky and tofu for appetizer. Drunken noodles with crispy pork, shrimp fried rice, Chicken Ka Pao with a side of fried egg. Everything was good! Especially the noodles, and the crispy pork made it extra delish! Can’t wait to go back! ”

“ This is hands down the best Thai restaurant in Burbank! They use fresh & good ingredients, and everything tastes like someone kidnapped a Thai grandma from Thailand just to cook for you. My favorite for me are The Larb Tod and pork jerky. I order them every single time. The vibe is super cute and cozy too. I’m happy every single time I eat there ”

“ This place is bomb!! OMG 10 out of 10. My hubby took me to eat here and it was delicious. We will be back. The new item was sweet and spicy wings. Yum!! Our server and the lady bringing out the food was super attentive and super nice. ”

“ My Little Home Thai Kitchen is a hidden gem! We had the Tom Yum and shrimp fried rice—both were absolutely delicious. The place is small but cozy, with a warm, homey feel that makes you feel like you’re in a mom’s kitchen. Great atmosphere, amazing food—highly recommend! ”

“ Excellent Chicken Satay. The chicken is marinated to perfection and with the peanut sauce, it's superb. The Som Tum Papaya Salad is delicious. The crispy pork is perfectly deep fried and melts in your mouth. The pork is slightly seasoned with soy sauce and the skin is crunchy. For dessert, it would be a sin if you didn't order the Mango Rice which is off menu. All I can say about it is "Oh My". Thank you Pat for a delicious meal. ”

“ Wow, that was just so delicious! We went in for an 8-person lunch, and boy did we all left so satisfied! Everyone very much enjoyed their food! For myself, I ordered the Pad Sew Ew with Tofu and Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. This is the lunch portion for the Pad Sew Ew, so if you have a real big appetite, one lunch portion may not be enough. For me, it's just perfect, leaving enough room for dessert. The Pad Sew Ew really balanced itself well with its salty savoriness and sweet soy, while the tofu had just enough crispness to add texture, but still soft enough to hold on to the pad sew ew flavor. I can say it's almost effortless finishing the whole bowl. The Mango Sticky Rice continued the theme of balance, with the rice having just enough coconut glaze that it doesn't over so it with too much sweetness. This also allowed the mango flavor and the rice flavor to be featured more to work in concert with the coconut instead of being too dominated with the coconut glaze like in some other Thai restaurants. Just love this dessert and My Little Home Thai Kitchen delivers with this dish! ”

“ The papaya salad is super fresh with strong, zesty seasoning, so refreshing! The pineapple fried rice is a standout, with a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little heat from the chili pickle. The beef noodle was just okay, but the other dishes made up for it. Great flavors, friendly staff, definitely worth a visit! ”
